CLIFTON - The Yankees home opener may have been rained out a few days before but the weather held out long enough for Clifton Southern to celebrate its 48th Opening Day on April 15. The festivities began with a parade which included Southern's 300+ players for this season and concluded with Opening Day Ceremonies at Mount Prospect Park. Many thanks to all who were involved in arranging a traditional Southern Opener, and congratulations to Tony Tudda who survived his first Opening Day as Southern President!
